Vintage Fisher MPX-100 FM Tube Multiplex MPX Stereo Adapter - Special SALE READ

Listed is a bit of a rarity, the Fisher MPX-100 which is the FM stereo multiplex adaptor for FM receivers built before the FM stereo multiplex standards were finalized (circa 1950-60s if I remember correctly). It is a hand in glove fit for the Fisher 500S receiver I have listed elsewhere and as you will see in the 500S listing i am offering a special price of $ 150 + shipping for BOTH units. You read that correctly - $ 150 for both which is substantially below market. I am reorganizing my house and frankly just need to find these components a new home. If you are at all interested in getiing into tube audio (or as the Brits would say, "valve" audio) you couldn't find a better entry into tube audio. I grew up listening to a Fisher 800C receiver and KLH Model 6 speakers - over the years I was able to keep the KLH's but the Fisher did not survive the last move. This MPX-100 unit I received from the owner who had just had it serviced, although I do not have any documentation. You can see from the photos how clean it is. As with all vintage audio, this is being sold as is with no guarantees either express or implied.
