This item is a complete set of all 17 figures from the "Great Mystery Museum" series, Volume 1, released by Medicom Toy around 2001.
It was a limited first production run and is now difficult to obtain.
The plastic bags are unopened. The outer box and all cards are included.
The outer box has some minor damage.
Everything shown in the images is included.
