Buyer is responsible for accepting delivery. If in case, its return back because of not acceptance, Buyer has to pay postage charges again for re-delivery.

 

We use to dispatch all goods same day of receiving payment (unless stated otherwise)if we get paid before 2:00 PM as per UK time.

 

Standard delivery days are Monday - Friday except bank and public holidays. As soon as your item is dispatched you will be notified.

 

Delivery Service TNT, FedEx, DHL and DPD is generally used for deliveries. You may need to sign for the goods therefore please ensure you make provision for this. If you are unable to collect the parcel please contact us so we can help make arrangements for you, it is however the responsibility of the buyer to ensure you can take delivery. In the case of a parcel being returned to us due to not being collected, we will not refund the carriage and an additional charge will be made to re-deliver the parcel.
