Domestic Shipping & Handling
Your order will be shipped via standard shipping, either USPS, UPS or another common carrier, at our discretion. We offer free shipping on all domestic purchases. Your order is fully insured while in transit. We currently only ship to the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Address
We will only ship to an eBay confirmed address. We reserve the right to refuse any eBay order deemed questionable or of significant risk to Bullion.com regardless of price confirmation.
Your Obligations for Receipt of Orders
We insure all of its shipments to you for the purchase value of the enclosed product. Should anything happen while your package is in transit to you, you might be permitted to claim coverage under our insurance policy provided that you directly receive the package from the common carrier. Neither we, nor our insurance company, accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels for you without the need for your signature. Nor do we, nor our insurance company, accept responsibility if you have given any carriers or delivery service instructions to leave your package with someone else, such as a building manager, neighbor, or a drop-off location. If you do not receive the package directly from the common carrier, you agree to take all reasonable actions to assist in recovery of the package, including but not limited to filling out reports (and/or police reports) and providing all information needed or that may be requested to assist in recovery of the package. If you do not fully cooperate in recovery efforts, we, nor our insurance company or carrier, will have any liability to you.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, or damaged during transit, please contact us within thirty (30) days of the ship date, otherwise your order will not be eligible for an investigation.

1 oz Gold Maple Leaf Coins
The 1 ounce Gold Maple Leaf coin is annually released by the Royal Canadian Mint, and is one of the most popular 24k (0.999+ fine) Gold bullion coins in the world. The Royal Canadian Mint introduced the 1 oz Gold Maple Leaf coin in 1979, beginning the legacy of the iconic coin. The Gold Maple leaf was the world's first 24k Gold coin, setting new standards for purity in coins. Coins released 1982 and prior had a fineness of 0.999, while coins produced after have a purity of .9999 fine Gold.
1 oz Gold Maple Leaf Coin Design
The design featuring the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse, and a single, large maple leaf engraved on the reverse. The Maple Leaf symbolizes Canada's national identity and natural resources. Later releases kept the classic design, but introduced added features for security. 2013-dated coins and later feature a micro engraved maple leaf, with the date of issue of the coin. Coins produced in and after 2014 include Bullion DNA™ technology, adding further authentication to coins. In 2015, the Royal Canadian Mint also introduced a radial design in the background on both the obverse and reverse sides of the coin.

A: Because we strive to provide the best-quality bullion products at the lowest possible prices, certain products/deals may require a minimum quantity and/or have a maximum quantity allowed per buyer.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed?
A: We do not allow changes or cancellations once your order is confirmed.
Shipping
Q: What is the standard shipping time for orders?
A: We aim to ship your order as quickly as we can. The shipping transit time will depend on the carrier. We expect orders to be delivered 5-10 business days after your order is shipped.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: We do not currently offer international shipping.
Q: What do you charge for shipping?

Q: Is my package insured?
We fully insure each package at no extra cost to you, during transit. Our insurance policy does not cover packages if you have left special instructions with your delivery service or carrier to leave parcels un-attended or not needing a signature. We also do not cover if the package has been left with someone else, such as a building manager, neighbor, or drop-off location. We also do not cover packages that are signed for by the apartment or building management.
Q: What should I do when my package is lost in transit?
A: You have thirty (30) days from the ship date to contact Bullion.com if you believe your package is lost or damaged in transit. We will begin an investigation on the lost or damaged package, and may require a police report if the loss is due to theft or tampering. Your assistance is greatly appreciated, as this will help speed up the investigation, and resolve the missing order.
