* Free shipping for the Lower 48 States with a physical address. We will be shipping with UPS, FedEx or USPS. Transit times are usually 3-7 Business days

* For US territories, PR, HI, AK, GU, VI, PO Box, and APO / FPO, there may be an addition charge to ship to those areas depending on the weight of item and the carrier you choose.

* For international shipping, we only charge and is responsible for shipping fee. All brokerage fees and taxes are not included into the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for these charges and they are dependent on each individual country. Shipment to these countries will be shipped with USPS, UPS or FedEx.

* We do not accept COD & Shipping Upgrade is not available.

* For exchanging shipping address, just choose “Use another Address” during the checkout process. Please verify your address is accurate and deliverable.

Shipping Methods

For fast and reliable shipping, we exclusively ship through UPS, FedEx and USPS carrier service. Orders are shipped usually in 1 business day but we do reserve the right to take up to 2 business days for processing before shipping out. The delivery times stated only reflect the transit time and do not include the order processing time. Please note UPS ground / Standard does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. USPS does not deliver on Sundays and national holidays. XPRITE USA does not ship on Sunday and holidays.

We package all of our orders in either envelop or standard UPS / FedEx brown boxes and USPS Priority Mail Packaging. If the order is particularly fragile, we may use stickers or tape indicating FRAGILE if required.

USPS first class service and Priority Mail is the fastest, most reliable shipping method for lightweight products. Every order is given a delivery confirmation number, allowing you to follow your package via the USPS website. The average parcel spends less than 48 hours in transit, and deliveries are made every day except Sunday. USPS will deliver to every address in the United States including PO Box, APO/FPO. For lighter and smaller packages, Xtreme Inc may choose to ship via USPS to ensure faster delivery. 30 Days Return & Exchange Policy:

* We give you a 30 days money-back guarantee to return any items purchased, no questions asked, hassle-free.

* You can return for refund or exchange same product or different product (difference of price will be charged) within 30 days after you receive the item.

* Any returning or exchanging items must be in the original package and new condition. We reserve rights to refuse refit or damaged items (caused by buyer) for return and exchange.

* No returns will be accepted if you contacted us after 30 days of receiving the item.

* Return fee: Buyers are responsible to pay the return shipping fee. 15% restocking fee on total price will be charged and be deducted from the refund total.

* Exchange fee: No restocking fee will be charged, however Buyers are responsible to pay the return shipping fee and exchange reshipping fee, depending on the weight of merchandise.

* We give you a 60 days warranty to exchange any defective items. Within 3 days after you receive the item, Pre-paid return label or shipping fee will be provided if it is necessary. After 3 days, buyers are responsible to pay the return shipping fee to send item back to us. We will cover the replacement shipping fee. Defective products only can be exchanged for the exact same product within 60 days after the date of sale. No exchange will be accepted if you contacted us after 60 days of receiving the item.
