By purchasing this item you will be directly supporting the work of our local RSPCA animal welfare branch.
This 1950's vintage UK made Ferranti seven valve MW/LW/VHF radio was donated to our Charity in sound and very clean used cosmetic condition for its age, with minor signs of previous use, wear and tear and storage (see pics for the exact condition of the item).
The radio was produced in UK and measures approx. 14"x10"x6". A brief inspection shows that the body is in clean, sound and better than average used condition with some minor signs of previous use, wear and tear and storage, and the control knobs move as designed.
As the radio was a donation to our Charity and we have no information of its working condition it is sold completely as seen and without warranty in non-working condition for display, refurbishment or as a theatrical prop to avoid any possible misrepresentation.
IMPORTANT If the radio is refurbished for mains electrical connection the work must be done by a qualified person to avoid the risk of fire or electrical shock.

All sales are mail order only. As this site is operated entirely separately from our charity shops, goods are not available for inspection before sale or personal collection/click and collect after sale
Items will be posted within five working days of payment but we do rely on volunteers so please be patient.
We are a separately run charity from the RSPCA National Society
Our branch is run by a committee of Volunteer Trustees. We receive no Government funding and are totally reliant on donations, local fundraising and legacies
We also rent 10 pens in a private boarding cattery and we use foster homes within our local area.
We offer subsidised microchipping and neutering to people on low income and certain benefits
We operate a successful TNR (trap, neuter & release) programme for stray/feral cats.
