From ham radio estate , I assume it is a receiver , not a transmitter , use zoom, you decide. untested , just as pictured. no power cord but some sort of cords inside, tube unit , I see that Sylvania 6L6wgb in rear, again untested . very heavy unit.... use zoom, see the plug in crystals, etc. as found, final sale. thank you...
