Up for auction is a used Campagnolo Shamal Titanium 9 speed clincher wheelset for your vintage bike project:
These wheels are probably from the early 1990s.
In my opinion the wheelset is in used, but good condition. They show regular signs of use, like a few smaller scratches and traces from the brake pads, but I could not find any cracks or dents. But please judge yourself.
Also technically they are in good condition. In my opinion straight and true.
Lightweight skewers are included.
The front wheel is Shamal 12 HPW Titanium, 12 spokes, 100mm spacing.
The rear wheel is Shamal Titanium with 16 spokes, 130mm spacing.
Both wheels are standard 28 inches, 700c.
The cassette is 9 speed Campagnolo, 11-23T, Chorus or Record, I believe as there is a lightweight support for the bigger sprockets.
The wheels run in my opinion straight and true, but they are used, so especially after being shipped, small adjustments or fresh grease could make sense. Currently they are in a condition in which they could be used immediately.

Shipping
I am located in Vienna, Austria, EU and ship from here. Although all parcels go by airmail, sometimes it can take a bit longer than expected. An average parcel, e.g. to the USA, takes about 20 business days to arrive. Sometimes it can also take 6-8 weeks. There are customs and security checks involved that sometimes delay the shipment.
Especially smaller parcels (up to 1kg), get in many cases upgraded at my costs to priority parcel mail (depends on the weight and destination). Still there is no guaranteed shipping time.
Carriers I use are the Austrian Post, DHL (large parcels) and sometimes smaller carriers like Hermes and GLS. In your country the parcels will be delivered with a local carrier (e.g. USPS in the USA).
