This is a Merlin Titanium Road Bike Frame Vintage 1986 WTB Grease Guard. This is a tom Kellog Design / Geometry frame. This has a titanium bottom bracket spindle which is a bit loose in the pressfit bearings. Frame shows moderate signs of wear.
Here are the frame measurements which are taken by me and there might be a small margin of error because of this.
