Product and Pricing Information

Our online parts catalog is to be used as a reference guide and does not necessarily reflect the availability or stocking status of parts. Parts displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. Although Dealer Auto Parts has made every effort to photograph and display the products and their colors from our OEM catalogs as accurately as possible, the displayed colors depend upon the monitor of the user.

Manufacturer updates may occasionally cause discrepancies in part numbers and prices that are not reflected in the online catalogs. In such cases, customers will be notified via email or phone before any charges will occur.

Consumer’s Responsibility

As the consumer, your responsibility is to provide your VIN with your order to ensure proper vehicle fitment. Our customer support team verifies every order for order accuracy and fitment before shipping.

You, the customer, are also responsible for reading and understanding Dealer Auto Parts’ Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy.

The only time we request you do NOT include your VIN is if you are placing an order for parts that you know do not belong to your VIN, and you already know the part numbers you need (i.e. changing to trailer tow mirrors or adding back-up cameras).

Orders with an expected delivery date of 30+ days from the time of the initial order may be subject to order cancelation. Orders that contain back-ordered parts, as well as parts that are currently in stock, may receive the available parts and a refund for all back-ordered parts with an expected delivery of 30+ days from the initial order date.

Dealer Auto Parts ships from our warehouse in Detroit, Michigan to anywhere excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We are a Ford Authorized Distributor with access to the full line of Ford's OEM catalog, including Ford's Motorcraft light maintenance and repair line. Our warehouse stocks around 50,000 Motorcraft SKU's with complete access to any Ford Depot around in the US. We are also available for local pickup in the Detroit area.

Delivery and Lead Times

Most orders on our site are shipped within the same or next business day. All Motorcraft parts should be assumed to be in stock and will be promptly shipped to you. Depending upon location, standard ground shipments usually take 2-7 days. Reach out to us directly regarding overnight shipping for an additional cost.

- All delivery dates shown are estimates. 

- In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder, discontinued, or otherwise out of stock, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible or contact you to void your order.

Time Sensitive Orders: If an order is time-sensitive, please contact us immediately to confirm availability and shipping options. Priority orders MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 12PM EST.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Do you think your order is missing?

1. First, check your order’s shipping status:
   • Get your order number found on your order confirmation email;
   • Go to our Order Status page, input your email and order number, and click on your tracking number;
   • On the carrier’s website, review your order’s tracking information to check its status.
2. If - after checking the status of your order - you are still concerned that it may be lost, contact the carrier immediately and report your issue.
3. After contacting the carrier, contact us. We can follow up with the carrier and investigate on your behalf.

Should you receive a damaged item, you must contact us immediately in order for us to contact the shipping company. It is the parcel carrier's responsibility to get the item to you undamaged.

You must retain ALL shipping packages for inspection by the shipping company. Failure to keep damaged boxes will result in any and all damage claims being denied.

Notice

We do not currently ship hazardous materials.

You can return any item to Dealer Auto Parts within 30 days of purchase, depending on a few important conditions. Please follow our return procedure so we can properly assist you and determine if your item/order is eligible for return.

Procedure

1. Contact Us

Reach out to us through our eBay store with subject line Return Request - #(ORDER NUMBER) to inform us about the circumstances of your return.

2. Receive RA#

If we determine you are eligible, we will provide you with an RA# number to confirm your return request.

3. Pack and Ship

Include an original copy of your invoice along with the item(s) you want to return in the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or Dealer Auto Parts error.

4. Receive Your Refund

Once we have received your item and processed your return, you will receive a full refund of your part(s) (excluding initial and return shipping costs, if applicable) to the original method of payment used to place the order within 1-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Eligibility

New or Unused Items

- Returns must be in their original condition - with all original components.

- The customer and/or repair shop are responsible for verifying the parts received are correct prior to painting and/or installation.

- Returned parts cannot be disassembled, painted, mounted, or damaged due to incorrect or attempted installation.

- All items must be repackaged in their original, undamaged packaging. If the original package has been damaged please reach out to our customer service representatives via email or phone to discuss the return.

- Installed, plugged in, or unsealed electrical parts or components are not refundable.

- We are not responsible for installation errors, incorrectly ordered item(s), shipping and handling charges, towing expenses, labor expenses, rental car expenses, and/or any additional repair expenses due to a part that has been installed incorrectly and/or is defective.

Core Returns

Some auto parts have a core charge applied to them that is refundable from the manufacturer. Parts that have core charges include generators, starters, catalytic converters, alloy wheels, engines, ECM/BCM modules, transmissions, transfer cases, and some diesel fuel parts like injectors.

- You are responsible for all shipping charges on core returns.

- You must include a copy of the original invoice with the part for return identification.

- The part must be clean, assembled, drained of all fluids, and not have any missing parts. It must be complete, undamaged, and placed in the original package used for the replacement part.

- We will process your return as soon as we receive it, and your core credit will be available within 15 days.

- If you need assistance with your core return, reach out via eBay messages. We’ll get back to you within 72 hours.

Non-returnable items

Some parts cannot be returned under any circumstances:

- Obsolete parts

- Discontinued parts

- Vintage parts

- Service and repair manuals

- Custom or special order products

- CD ROMs

- Auto body parts

- Any electrical part that has been plugged in, installed, or unsealed

Cancellation Policy

Your order may be cancelled at no charge up until the item has shipped. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.

Hazmat

Please note that the sale of certain Hazmat materials E.G, Seatbelts and, Airbags products are final, and customers cannot cancel orders that have been confirmed by Dealer Auto Parts or return, exchange, or claim a refund or credit for those products, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms and Conditions.

Why was my order canceled?

Dealer Auto Parts reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including lack of parts availability, suspected fraud, and lack of customer communication (i.e. if we have tried to contact the customer multiple times regarding an order and have received no response).
