You are looking at a, "1997 MERMAID & DOLPHIN WATER FOUNTAIN LAMP." This Mermaid and Dolphin fountain is used, in good condition and works great. There is NO SHADE and mineral deposits from use on the fountain. It is 21-3/4" tall. It is signed, but we have not been able to make out the letters in the signature.
