This Sega Game Gear has been fully serviced and recapped using high-quality SMD capacitor kits from RetroSix, replacing the original failing capacitors that commonly cause issues with these consoles.

Using SMD capacitors instead of traditional electrolytic replacements provides improved reliability, better longevity, and a cleaner installation compared to standard recap methods.

The console has been tested after the recap and is functioning perfectly fine. The console shell has some minor scuffs like any other from its time.

We provide pictures of the motherboard so that you can see the condition its in and the work we have done. This one is in very good condition with no battery damage.
