COMBINED SHIPPING: To create a combined order, please add all of the items you want into your cart first, request a total, and wait for invoicing. If the cart is not working, please contact us prior to purchase and we will work towards a solution. If you proceed to pay separately, your items will ship separately, as paid for. As a courtesy, we may combine separate payments for domestic buyers, when noticed. A consolidation fee will be deducted from your refund for each separate payment made to cover extra expenses incurred. We are not able to extend this courtesy to international buyers due to issues that may be created by import thresholds.

Shipping is determined by USPS retail rates, the assigned item weight, and selected packaging materials. We do not charge any additional handling fees. Shipping fees are non-negotiable. Delivery confirmation is required for all orders. Mailing in a standard letter envelope does not allow for delivery confirmation. USPS rate increases occur annually and change the rate in listing automatically. When a rate change occurs, any outstanding invoices will be corrected to reflect the new shipping rate.

Accounts with a feedback score of (6), or less may have limited purchasing ability in our store. Please contact us prior to purchase to see what the current limit is.

SHIPPING TIME: Orders will be posted within one business day of your cleared payment, no exceptions. We are not responsible for stolen, or mishandled mail, so please ensure that you have arrangements for the safe delivery of your items. For additional security, you may contact us to add insurance, or signature confirmation on your package, additional charges will apply. Signature confirmation may be added without notice on any order total over $250. 

PAYMENT TIME: Non-payment cases will be filed for all overdue payments.

DELIVERY TIME: eBay delivery estimates are optimistically based on priority services. We have no control over the actual delivery time once your order is shipped. Packages will not always arrive in order of purchase.

*FIRST CLASS – Based on current weight limits ~ Takes an average of 3-5 business days for delivery, however; we have seen it take upwards of two weeks.

*PRIORITY MAIL – Is available for all packages that do not qualify for the first class rate, or by request ~ Takes an average of 2-3 business days for delivery, sometimes longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IF WE DO NOT USE THE GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM TO YOUR COUNTRY:

*FIRST CLASS – For packages under 4 pounds, valued under $100. Delivery may take more than 8 weeks. We reserve the right to use eBay shipping services interchangeably with USPS service at our discretion and without notice.

*PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL – Is for orders over 4 lbs, orders valued over $100, or by request. Takes an average of 2-4 weeks for delivery.

NOTE: We are located in the Northwestern corner of the U.S.A. and shipments may take longer to reach some countries than from other areas of the U.S.A. If it has been 45 days since payment and your package has yet to arrive, please contact your customs office to see if you missed your clearance notice. If your package has not cleared customs, please let us know. If you open a non-receipt case, transactions will be suspended until your package has been received and we have been reimbursed. Refunds can not be issued beyond 60 days from your purchase agreement.

CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS: Forms will be filled out for the exact purchase price and will not include shipping fees. If your country requires a packing list to be on the outer portion of the package, you must inform us on your payment note, otherwise it will be located inside the package. We will not mark your package as a gift, or declare a lower value on the customs forms. Any requests for us to do so will be ignored. All duties, taxes and customs fees will be assessed by your customs office prior to delivery. Import fees will not be reflected on your invoice. It is the buyer's responsibility to research and pay all fees required for import into your country.

We can not guarantee the environment an item has been subject to prior to our possession, or during their travels to you. Item may have any combination, but are not limited to the following: Dents, scratches, tacking, straps, or positioning flaws from original packaging. Plastic seams may be partially open. Internal wires may cause perforations, pricks, discoloration, sticky vinyl, or greasy hair. Paint may be flawed. Hair may be damaged, or a mess. Clothing may have tack marks, runs, unfinished edges, open seams, and may cause contact stains. Fabrics may fade, or be stained from colored contact points in box, there may be stitching or darting flaws. Pleather items will have some level of creasing and peeling. Rubber bands may stain or crust in the hair. There are many more possibilities. Doll hair may flatten, or require some attention after shipment due to shifting during transit.

*Displayed only*~ All above conditions apply. The item was de-boxed and sat on a shelf. Item may have been customized, or need cleansing if it was on extended, uncovered display.

*Excellent condition*~ All above conditions apply. The item appears to be unplayed with.

*Gently used, or good condition*~ All above conditions apply. Item may show signs of wear. No major damage from use.

*Played with, or Used condition*~ All above conditions apply. Item appears to have been well loved and played with, shows excessive signs of wear, best used for play.

*TLC * Item is in poor condition and may be best used for parts or heroic restoration efforts.

SEPARATING LOTS: We do not sell individual items out of lots. You are responsible for the entire listing price, no exceptions, no negotiations. We will offer to invoice you at the reduced shipping weight if you prefer not to have the other items sent to you. Customs declarations will remain the same.

ENDING AUCTIONS EARLY AND BEST OFFERS: We do not entertain offers to end an item early, in fairness to others that may be interested in item. You are welcome to check out our buy it now items if you are looking to purchase something right away. Unless the listing has the “Make Offer” button shown, we are not currently accepting offers. If you like what you see, go for it! It may not come up again. Our inventory fluctuates greatly, as we strive to present you with a wide variety of items.

RETURNS: We are happy to accept returns, within the time line specified above. All returns must be approved and go through the eBay return system. The item must be returned in the exact condition you received it without exposure to smoking, odors, pets, or allergens. The return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We may elect to reduce restocking fees on items that are returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns that are started greater than 7 days from receipt will be subject to the full restocking fee. Shipping is the buyers responsibility both ways. If you earned an additional shipping credit, or free shipping on the initial order, it will be deducted from your refund in addition to any restocking fees that apply. Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
