- Orders placed Monday to Wednesday: Ship same week.
- Orders placed after Thursday: Ship the following Monday, to avoid weekend delays.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Prompt reception is essential to maintain a healthy environment inside the box.

- Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
