The listing is of a pair of USMC surplus IIIA side plate pocket inserts for their Gen III PC. This lot is in excellent condition, no significant damage or usage can be seen, there is some very slight fraying-like things on the edges. Please see photos for best visual representation of insert's condition.

This seems to be meant as a backer for hard plates 6x8, do note that these inserts are actually 7x9 and may be a tighter fit in regular 6x8 pouches.

This is being sold as a collectible and should be regarded as such.
