The Corfield Periflex 3a is a British-made 35mm camera produced in the late 1950s, known for its unique periscope-style reflex focusing system and compact Leica-inspired design. This example is paired with the Lumax 45mm f/2.8 lens in M39 screw mount, offering classic rendering and vintage character. Overall Condition: Fair
Camera body shows light cosmetic wear. Shutter fires. Reflex focusing mechanism operational. Viewfinder clear. Shutter speed selector is very stiff and requires firm adjustment. Lens shows minor surface marks and internal haze consistent with age. Aperture blades clean and responsive. Focus ring smooth.

I will carry out a standard set of testing for all equipment I am selling and will highlight any issues found as well as the perceived condition of the item. Not all tests will be appropriate for a specific camera or lens, but the appropriate ones will be carried out.

Most older lenses will have some degree of dust.
Film cameras will not have had any light seals replaced and they will most likely be degraded, for optimum performance they should be replaced.
We will not specifically note individual marks on a piece of equipment, please refer the the photographs.
