An antique solid sterling silver mounted glass inkwell, with pen rest and also designed as a paperweight. Silver mounted hinged lid for the well, with engraved scroll design and monogram, hallmarked Chester, 1912 by maker Joseph & Richard Griffiths, in good condition with good tight seal and hinge. Mounted on clear glass body with cut star burst design in base and pen rest, some small edge chips to the glass base. Overall very good condition. 9.2cm x 5.6cm x 5.0cm high, 288g total weight.
