I took delivery of a complete Endurace CFR Di2 bike in January 2026, which cost £7500. For several reasons I did not ride the bike but recently, when setting the brakes in the local park, I realised it was the wrong size. Too late to return, I had my favourite bike shop remove the groupset and wheelset and put them onto another frame. Total distance ridden is less than 10km.
The frameset is now offered for sale in immaculate condition, complete with fork, cockpit, seatpost and seat. Also included are Canyon front and rear lights and computer mount, to which the front light attaches.
The bike shop which removed the wheelset and groupset (Strype Street Cycles in London E1) has offered to rebuild the bike with your components at a 50% discount on their normal labour cost. Below if a description of the frameset taken from the Canyon website.
