PAYMENT INFORMATION
[Invoice]
- Please hold your payment until the combined invoice is issued if you would like to complete the payment with the correct shipping cost.
- Invoice with the adjusted shipping cost is issued on every Monday and Thursday JST.
- Please note that eBay does not allow us to issue an invoice for over 100 items if there are more than 100 items in your cart. Invoice for the remained items cannot be issued until the 100 items invoice is paid.

- Your order can be reserved for 14 days from the first order is placed.
- Payment must be received within 3 working days after the final invoice is issued.
- If the invoice is not paid within the time specified, your order will be cancelled.
- Your order cannot be adjusted after making payment. Any additional items purchased after the payment will be considered as separate order.

We ship orders by DHL or FedEx with a tracking number.
We usually ship the order within 4 working days after the payment is received.
Expected delivery times: 7-15 working days from the notification of shipment to overseas destinations.
LP (12" or 10") has a priority over CD or EP (7") for the initial shipping fee.
DOUBLE ALBUMS are counted as 2LPs, 2EPs and 2CDs.
TRIPLE ALBUMS are counted as 3LPs, 3EPs and 3CDs,
and BOX SETS are counted per LP, EP and CD.
If you would like to protect the items more sturdily during the shipment, please send us a message.
We will add $5.00 on the invoice and will ship out in a double-cardboard box for more protection.
We are unable to ship to APO/FPO and PO boxes.

1. You can choose from following 6 services for shipments sent by DHL.
