Here is a Example of a RARE Beautiful Classic Pioneer SA-9800 Stereo Integrated Amplifier Dual Mono design. A very clean & POWERFUL 100 Watts per Channel. The sound is exceptional, delivering detailed highs, natural life-like mids, and solid lows. This Amplifier is in excellent Working condition and the Amp is quiet, no hum, static or noise. The faceplate is Beautiful, no scratches, dents or gouges, all lettering is intact, all knobs are present and no grunge. All functions work, controls are clean and noise free cleaned with Deoxit, power light and power meters work great. The Cabinet is also excellent all corners are sharp, no major scratches, dents or gouges very clean. The inside is as clean as the outside no rust inside, this amp has been VERY well cared for and not abused. I would rate this a strong 9 for its age on a 1-10 scale You will not find a cleaner one inside and out. Please See photos for complete details. Inside, the Pioneer SA-9800 is a beefy and well laid out integrated amplifier, typical of good gear from the era. Two hefty transformers, two filter capacitors per channel and separate amplifier modules make this a proper dual-mono design. The phono preamp is housed inside a shielded box which helps to reduce noise and improve thermal stability.
