--open box, but with a lot of tokens unpunched, so my guess is this has not been played
--I counted the miniatures and my count is 498/500. It's possible that I miscounted and there are a few more missing. It's equally possible that I miscounted and there are less (or none) missing.
--I lined up the punched pieces in their cardboard cutouts and it looks like one round token is missing.
--game boards look pristine and unused.
--game box has some wear to it.
