All Items

All mass-produced items are never in perfect or gradable condition. Any mass-produced item with an outer box or seal may have minor variations that occur during the manufacturing process. These variations can include scratches, dents, slight creases, damaged corners or scuff marks on the packaging. We are not the manufacturers and cannot always select the best looking item and/or box for you. You may not receive a perfect box or seal, we will not accept a return simply for a manufacturer defect to an item. While we wish everyone could receive a pristine box, it is not always the case and is out of our hands when purchasing items that are from large retailers and are mass produced. Please understand we do not accept returns or refunds because of this. As it is stated above,  if you are particular about condition, etc please email us prior to purchase, if we have multiples of an item we would be happy to select the best one for you, but cannot guarantee a perfect box/condition. 

Please also be sure to look at the photos and description regarding the condition, carefully! Not everything about the condition can be photographed and due to the volume of our shop we can not always capture everything. We have no idea if any items would individually grade well or poorly - We are not graders and do not know their guidelines for grading.

Buy it Now Items

Our store requires immediate payment with all of our buy it now items. If you do not send payment at the time of your purchase it is subject to cancellation and the item will be relisted. 

Auctioned Items

If you purchase something from our store in an auction we ask that you pay within 24 hours. If payment is not received within 24 hours and you have not reached out to us your order may be subject to cancellation and the item will be relisted. 

PRE-SALE ITEMS

We do not cancel pre-Sale items so be sure to ask any and all questions before purchasing and note the length of time it will take to release, it can be as long as a few months. If we have the expected* date that the item is going to be released we will include that in the listing above. All expected dates are subject to change by the merchant. We rely on the merchant to supply us with the items. If delays occur then it will delay your preorder.

SHIPPING: 

Please understand we will do our absolute best to get your item out and shipped to you but due to Post Office/UPS/FedEx Volume there are several delays and we as sellers have no control of this.  

eBay Buyers are obligated and responsible for paying any customs and duty fees for international shipping. These fees are collected by your country and do not come from us as a seller.  We are USA-based sellers and not always aware of specific countries’ customs or fees. Please ask your local post office carrier about these fees if you have any questions!

We do ship worldwide to select countries, however, please be advised the USPS is not able to deliver to all countries and locations currently, due to the virus outbreak. Please also be aware that USPS and other delivery carriers are experiencing significant delays across their delivery network internationally and domestically due to virus outbreak. Please understand that this is out of our hands. If we have shipped your item, please be patient. It will arrive.
