Returns: Returns accepted within 30 days in the UK and within 40 days outside of the UK. Sealed items should be returned sealed and have incurred no damaged. Unsealed items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were purchased. If the item is damaged etc we will cover return postage, if you have simply changed your mind on the item you will need to cover the return postage.
Lost/Damaged Items: Refunds can be arranged when an item has been lost or reached you damaged whilst in transit. Message us to organise this.
Bundles: Items can be bundled up and postage combined, message us to arrange this.
Custom Orders: We have much more stock than what is listed across multiple platforms. We will be happy to do custom orders and bundles and search for what you need.
Delivery: We post items from Monday through to Saturday, the following day of your order. We do offer international delivery on some items. Shipping excludes the EU currently.
