Vintage Quad valve hi-fi setup comprising:
- Pair of Quad II valve monoblock amplifiers
- Quad 22 control unit / preamp
- Quad power supply / adaptor units
From a long-term family-owned hi-fi setup, paired with Tannoy speakers and a Garrard 301 turntable for many years. A really classic and highly regarded pair of British valve amplifiers. Also included is the original Quad 22 power unit as shown in the photos.
Both Quad II amplifiers working when last used a year ago, but they have not been powered on or tested since. As I’m not an expert in vintage valve equipment, they are therefore being sold as untested / sold as seen.
Overall all items appear to be in good cosmetic condition and retain original components/valves, though buyers should make their own assessment from the photos.
