Condition: The cover has shelf wear and tear but overall in good condition. The Binding is loose but still holding up well. The pages inside the book are unmarked except on the inside of the front cover. The first couple of pages are damaged and have tears. The rest of the pages are in good condition but are tanning due to old age.
