All items are sent with proof of postage. LOCAL PICKUP is preferred and available. Packaging: We package our products in order to ensure that they are not damaged in transit, but you must inspect the item for transit damage BEFORE signing for it. If you sign for it, and later discover it has been damaged in transit our courier companies WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY, and therefore we will not be covered for any losses through their insurance. Returns Policy

This is due to us not being able to verify whether the circuit you're connecting to has a fault or not, and may have caused damage to our component(s) when connected. Correctly supplied components will incur a 15% ADMIN & RE-STOCKING charge if returned, to cover our admin time and the cost of postage which we care unable to reclaim.

Accidents do happen! If WE have made an error with your order, or your item is defective, we will replace your order at our expense. We will always check your communication to confirm whether the mistake is on our behalf or yours.
