CineMag CMOB-1H Line Output Transforermer
The CineMag CMOB-1H output transformer has two sets of windings, which is known as bifilar construction. This technique delivers excellent bandwidth, along with good coupling between the windings. This version features 80% nickel ("HiNi") laminations, although 50% nickel / 50% steel laminations are also offered as CMOB-1L, which, at the time of this writing, is available as a special-order option in the cart below.
The CMOB-1H can be driven with source impedances up to 600 Ohms. The driving amplifier should be capable of delivering clean power at the desired maximum output level.
The channel frame is 2.33" (59.2 mm) wide, or 3.25" (86.6 mm) wide including the mounting flanges.

The company story goes goes back to Edward Reichenbach in the 1940's, where his experience included the design of many audio transformers for Altec Lansing. Following that, Ed formed his own company, making audio transformers, inductors, and power transformers for use in professional audio gear. He eventually formed Reichenbach Engineering, where the transformers he designed became ubiquitous standards in the pro audio industry. CineMag was formed as a part of Reichenbach Engineering in 1979, manage by Ed's son, Tom. The CineMag name reflects the company's early focus upon magnetic tapes heads for cinema; "Cinema Magnetics" was concatenated to "CineMag".

Cable Solutions Warranty Statement
Should any CineMag product distributed by Cable Solutions fail due to defects in materials or workmanship within three years of the date of sale, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product at no cost to our customer. Additionally, as CineMag transformers are known to be high-quality, long-life products, we may also provide assistance beyond three years, subject to review by both Cable Solutions and CineMag, on a case by case basis.
This is a limited warranty and is not applicable to products which have, in our opinion, been damaged by (including, but not limited to) lightning, surge, water, fire, etc.), altered, abused, misused, or improperly installed. Cable Solutions makes no other warranties either expressed or implied, including limitation warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Additionally, there are no allowances or credits available for service work or installation performed in the field by the end user.
Return Policy for Custom-built Products
Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced as described above.
Non-defective Merchandise
All non-defective returns are subject to restocking fees. The restocking fee varies, depending upon the degree of customization. Very common configurations are subject to a 10% restocking fee, while very unusual configurations could require restocking fees up to 60%. We realize that this is a large range, so please contact us if you have questions about a particular cable assembly.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Please contact us for authorization and instructions.
Shipping/handling fees are not refundable and you will be responsible for all shipping/handling expenses related to the return. In the case of items with "free shipping", customary shipping/handling fees will be added to your restocking fees.
In order to qualify for the rates shown above, we must receive your return within the specified on eBay's Shipping, returns and payments tab. In cases where the item is returned incomplete, or in less than perfect condition, we will evaluate the restocking fees on a case by case basis.
