The Macallan Folio 5 is reminiscent of an advertisement with the story of a "Luggy Bonnet" with the words "Keep this knot companyly tied". The sketched image is reminiscent of a scene among acquaintances at the end of a day in Speyside, when an athlete speaks of a so-called "disaster" in which he missed the opportunity to drink a glass of Macallan from the "Laird" because his hat covers his ears.
The appeal of this captivating single malt whisky lies in the rich aroma of dates and fresh figs that give way to sweet raisins and blend with a warming ginger and wood spice. Inspired by the iconic advertising, the whisky brings this memorable campaign back to life.
