All parts are clean/washed prior to assembly and packing, from a pet free, non-smoking home.

We have meticulously double checked each set to ensure all parts are present and correct. Please see the photos/images of all the individual pieces laid out prior to packing and the quality assurance document associated with each set. In the rare occurrence you should find any missing or incorrect pieces in your set then please contact us prior to leaving feedback and we will, wherever possible, send out replacement parts.

This set is formed from Pre-Loved Lego, which is scanned for quality and refreshed with replacement parts where necessary, to meet our own high standards. However do not expect brand new pristine sets unless it is stated that the set is new.

Unless specified, all sets will be sent out completely broken up, bagged and boxed.

Returns will be accepted if you feel that the item does not match the description. 

Items will be shipped within 2 working days wherever possible.
