The RedMax GZ4350 Chainsaw is a robust and efficient tool designed for those who demand reliability and performance. This chain saw is a brother model to the Husqvarna 543xp Professional
model. Some people know that Husqvarna Co. owns the RedMax brand , and
there are many models of various product categories that are traded
between them. In this particular case - this saw was originally made by
RedMax Komatsu Zenoah in Japan , and then it was moved sideways into the Husky
brand and was then called the 543XP model. There is a picture of the
model tag shown above that supports this statement , and there is a
picture of the Husky "H" on the cylinder casting and air filter cover to show the commonality
of parts.This is a new and unused, never started chain saw - this is NOT a "REFURBISHED" item . This product carries the original manufacturers warranty which is two (2) years parts and labor for consumer use and 180 days for professional use.
Professional features you will find on this model saw:
- Diecast chainsaw chassis - the oil tank is part of this casting - therefore the bar oil is pre-heated and oil will flow in cold weather when many other saws won't pump oil
- Aluminum loop handle w/ a rubber grip cover
- Pro quality 3 shoe metal clutch assy with a floating rim .325 pitch sprocket
- Aluminum safety chain catch
- normal toggle switch for engine off & on - no funny stuff there
- fuel primer bulb for easier and faster starts
- spring assisted easy pull recoil starter - makes this small high compression engine easier to pull over with less effort
- 16" , .325 pitch , .050 gauge , 66 drive link chisel chain - no weird parts here

- air filter is held on the a threaded knob- stays tight - no silly spring clamps that are difficult to use (and you can also see the Husky "H" on the inside of the red a/f cover again)
- durable rubber block motor mounts - no floppy spring mounts
- just 11.9 lbs WITH the bar and chain on the saw
- 43.1cc 2.63 cu in - BUT- it makes 2.95 hp - this small saw cranks ! You may find your self using your big saw less and this saw more ! It's very enjoyable having a saw that really rips , but yet doesn't wear you out when using it.
Not many manufacturers offer a small light weight hot-rod Pro quality saw like this anymore- and buyers are not always willing the spend the 550.00 to 650.00 bucks at retail it takes to buy this kind of saw , unfortunately if the manufacturer can't sell them readily - they can't build them. We all know , they're not in the business for the fun of it.

please note : these saws do have an older serial # break (produced in 2018) - which is one of the reasons we are able to offer you this great deal - but in our opinion (noting the fact we sell 400 to 600 saws in high demand years) the older the serial # the better the saw , as the emission compliance is less stringent as you go back in time, so the older the saw , the "dirtier" (but cooler) it will run - and that means it's likely to last longer- make sense ?
PS - RedMax and Sherwood's also recommend that you use a quality "FD" rated 2-cycle oil and 91-93 octane fuel for best performance results.
This new and unused (never started) chain saw includes: a new 16" bar and chisel chain set , 1 bottle RedMax FD rated mix oil, 1 qt bottle bar oil, & owners manual - all shipped in the factory original box ,with serial #'s on the saw and on the box. NO bar scabbard is included with this saw .
