2. Item Condition
All items are used / second-hand unless otherwise stated.
We aim to describe each item accurately, including condition and part numbers (if available).
The buyer is solely responsible for compatibility. It is the buyer’s responsibility to double-check and ensure the part is correct, suitable, and will fit their vehicle/equipment before purchase – including ensuring that the part number is an exact match.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Most items are dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours after payment is received.
Standard dispatch time is 1–3 working days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier; delays are outside our control.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed on each listing.
Collection may be available by prior arrangement – please contact us before purchasing if you wish to collect an item.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent.
If the buyer orders the incorrect part, fits the part incorrectly, or chooses to return an item:
The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.
Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
5. Liability
R2Go Parts is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or costs resulting from the use, misuse, or installation of purchased items.
Buyers accept full responsibility for ensuring items are suitable and correctly fitted.
6. Disruption
R2Go Parts is not liable for delays, disruptions, or failure to deliver items caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) courier delays, strikes, accidents, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
In the event of such disruption, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but no compensation will be provided for delays outside our control.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
