Tiemeyer Classic Pursuit 56cm Track Bike Frameset w/ Enve and Chris King

For sale is a Tiemeyer Pursuit Track Frameset, hand built by the master builder David Tiemeyer in Estes Park, CO. I had this black beauty custom built around 2013, right before he retired. As some may know, David made this design for the 1996 USA Olympic Team. His design single handedly influenced lots of replicas. He retired because he refused to build in carbon, given how stiff, light and aero his aluminum frames already were.

Solid Matte Black finish with glossy “ghost” logos. The fork is Alpina Aero Pista carbon full carbon fork. Headset is Chris King. Seatpost is 27.2 Enve Twin Clamp.

A few small scratches on the top tube from my bike rack, otherwise super clean. This had never been ridden on the street… only the velodrome. Never crashed.

Please note, the geometry on this build is slightly more aggressive than other track bikes. The seat tube angle is more upright, placing your saddle more aggressively over the BB.

I’m 6’ tall with long legs, and this bike fit me like a glove. Would be suitable for someone slightly shorter than me, as the Seatpost could still be lowered some.
