Here we have for sale is an ultra rare NOS Brimar 6057 Yellow T tube. Special Quality Super tube version of the 12AX7 / ECC83 tube and a huge upgrade for any 12AX7 ECC83 application. Finest possible quality BVA tube made in England. Factory tested and screened to be the best of the best and the pinnacle of Brimar ECC83 12AX7 tube production. Platinum BALANCED triodes exactly as you would expect to see in one of these special quality designated tubes. Likely a once in a lifetime purchase opportunity as you will not soon find another. Rare is not even a strong enough word for this particular tube. The black plates and D getter along with red label makes this one of the earliest examples of this tube made. Built as the Brimar BVA competition to the Telefunken ECC803s tube and is every bit as excellent. Typical characteristics of the 6057 is perfect balance across triodes for both plate current and Gm readings, extremely low noise operation and phono grade quality. Semi box plates design with rare black plates and D-getter. One of the best sounding 12AX7/ECC83 tubes you can own and experience. As testing shows it is NOS+ tested and PERFECT!
