My Best Guess Is This Is 0 to 3 or 6 Months And Originally Went With Bloomers, Because The Length From Shoulder To Hem Is Just Over 10" The Only Issue I Can Find Is The Sleeve Elastic,  Otherwise The Dress Is Gorgeous,  A Real Stand Out. Pre-Owned And Vintage Items Are Sold As Is And May Have Wear Consistent With Age And Use. Color Richness May Vary Although We Strive For Accuracy.
