Vintage Pentacon Auto 29mm f/2.8 MC manual focus wide-angle lens with the popular M42 screw mount.

Manufactured in East Germany (GDR), this classic lens is compatible with M42 film cameras and can also be adapted for use on many modern mirrorless cameras using the appropriate adapter.

The focus ring turns smoothly throughout its full range and the aperture ring clicks positively through each setting. The automatic aperture pin operates correctly and the aperture blades are clean and free from oil.

The optics are in good vintage condition with no obvious fungus or scratches. There may be a small amount of internal dust typical of a lens of this age, but nothing that should affect image quality.

The barrel shows light cosmetic wear consistent with normal use.
