상품설명
Features: This tournament sized chess set "The 1950's Bohemia Staunton Series" in Staunton pattern has been specifically designed for tournament/serious players. The set features a 3.89" King with a base diameter of 1.45 inches. The Bohemia Staunton Series is expertly weighted from our master artisans and it's superb size proportioning from a king to pawn make this chess set an excellent choice for the blitz play in chess tournaments/clubs or regular home and school play. This is an impeccable reproduction featuring the magnificently robust and so-called "dragon" Knights. Dark chess pieces are made up of ebonized boxwood and the opposing pieces are made up of boxwood(also available in sheesham variant) which is traditionally used for white side. It is one of the fairly easy woods to work with and shows off aesthetic detail. The set comes with free extra queens for effortless pawn promotion. All chess pieces are expertly carved and appropriately weighted for fantastic hand-feel and a very nice thud on the wooden chess board. King, Queens, Bishops, and Pawns have unique collar rings and thick green felts, which precisely envelops the base for smooth contact and movement on the chess board. The knights are well-crafted and represent the highest grade of knight carving skills that our Indian artisans have to offer.
